Support starts before the application
Educational consultancy can help with qualification choices, subject combinations, progression routes, course selection and institution enquiries, as well as study abroad applications. We discuss your circumstances and work within the scope you approve.
The journey, explained
- 01
Tell us the dream
Share your preferred university and course, qualifications, academic history, budget, location preferences and target intake. A preferred university is a starting point, not a promised outcome.
- 02
Define our task
Agree exactly what you are asking Ask & Ace to do: research, contact an institution, support documents or manage authorised applications. Receive a written scope, fee breakdown, inclusions and exclusions before committing.
- 03
Check fit and requirements
Review published entry requirements and deadlines for the exact course and intake. Discuss the evidence required and alternatives when your preferred option is uncertain.
- 04
Build an agreed shortlist
Compare the dream university with other suitable choices using course content, entry requirements, costs and your priorities. You decide which options to pursue.
- 05
Prepare the documents
Use a tailored checklist. You provide genuine, accurate records; we help organise the process. Personal statements must reflect your own history and ambitions. Any translations or certifications are handled as agreed.
- 06
Review before submission
You check the application information and authorise submission. We do not invent achievements, conceal relevant facts or submit information you have not approved.
- 07
Apply and talk to institutions
Submit authorised applications and, where the institution allows it, communicate as your representative. Share relevant correspondence, requests and deadlines with you.
- 08
Track every important step
Maintain a shared record of submitted applications, outstanding items, deadlines and responses. Explain what has been done, what is waiting and what you need to decide.
- 09
Understand and choose an offer
Review conditions, tuition fees, deposits, deadlines and refund terms using the institution’s documents. You decide whether to accept. We do not accept offers or make financial commitments without your express approval.
- 10
Prepare for the next stage
Coordinate the agreed enrolment steps and explain where to get reliable visa, travel or accommodation information. Regulated advice is referred to appropriately authorised professionals when required. The agreed scope determines when our work ends.
Transparency at every stage
Clear costs
Separate Ask & Ace service fees from university fees, test fees and other third-party charges. Explain who receives each payment.
Visible progress
Share relevant application records and communications, with an agreed route for updates and questions.
Disclosed relationships
Explain any relevant institutional relationship, referral arrangement or commission before it affects your choice.
Your authorisation
Seek approval before submissions, offer acceptance, payments or commitments within our role.
Honest advice
Explain uncertainty, entry requirements and limitations without guaranteed admission, scholarships or visas.
Responsible documents
Request sensitive records only when needed and agree a suitable transfer method; do not collect passports through the website enquiry form.
Before work begins
Your written agreement should identify the tasks, institutions or number of applications where relevant, service fee, third-party costs, responsibilities, communication arrangements, cancellation terms and completion point. Consultancy fees are not yet publicly quoted.
