General website and service terms, subject to applicable law and the written scope of your service.

Website and service scope

Ask & Ace offers education and educational consultancy services. Website descriptions are general information; availability, exact scope, fee, timetable and inclusions are confirmed in a written quotation or service agreement. An enquiry, prepared email or request for contact does not by itself establish enrolment, an appointment or an application instruction.

Fees and agreement

Review the total price, billing period, payment schedule, inclusions, exclusions and cancellation terms before accepting a service. Published ranges are indicative; no change to an agreed fee or scope is made without communicating it and obtaining agreement where required. Third-party charges are separate unless expressly included. This website does not collect online payments.

Student and client responsibilities

Provide accurate information, genuine documents and timely responses. Do not ask us to invent achievements, falsify evidence or conceal relevant facts. Students must complete examinations and assessed work independently and follow the awarding body’s rules. Provide authorisation before asking us to act on your behalf.

Consultancy authorisation

We work within the agreed task and obtain approval for important submissions and commitments within our role. You review application details, choose institutions and decide whether to accept offers. Institutional policies may limit representative access. Any relevant commissions or relationships should be explained before they affect your decision.

Outcomes and third parties

Tuition and preparation do not guarantee a grade or score. Institutions and authorities decide admissions, scholarships and visas. Third-party dates, requirements, charges and policies may change; verify current requirements with the responsible organisation. Regulated matters must be handled by appropriately authorised professionals where required.

Fair use and content

Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, bypass security, misuse personal information or infringe intellectual property. Original materials and third-party marks are subject to the copyright notice and any applicable permissions.

Cancellations and concerns

The cancellation and refund page explains how to raise a request. Specific written terms must be communicated before payment. If something goes wrong, contact us with the relevant details so we can review the issue.

Applicable law and protected rights

Services and use of this website are subject to applicable laws, including mandatory consumer, privacy and other protections that apply to the circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any governing-law or dispute provision for a particular service must be stated in the service agreement and remain subject to mandatory applicable law.

Updates

Website terms may be revised for future use. Changes do not automatically replace an already agreed service contract or remove existing statutory rights.
