Get the terms before payment
Cancellation and refund arrangements depend on the course or service, its stage and any third-party booking involved. Your quotation or agreement must state the applicable arrangements before you pay. We do not publish a universal refund percentage, cancellation deadline or non-refundable rule where none has been confirmed.
How to request cancellation or a refund
- 01
Contact us in writing
Email askandace.bd@gmail.com with your name, booking or service reference and the reason for your request.
- 02
Explain what you need
Tell us whether you seek cancellation, a date change, correction of an error or a refund. Include payment evidence where relevant, without exposing full payment credentials.
- 03
Review the relevant arrangements
We review the agreed scope, work already performed, payments and third-party conditions, alongside applicable rights.
- 04
Receive a written explanation
We explain the decision and any further steps. If you disagree, you can ask for a review and use any remedies available under applicable law.
Exam bookings and third-party charges
An included Oxford ELLT booking may be subject to the provider’s cancellation, rescheduling or refund rules. These should be disclosed before booking. University application fees, deposits and other external payments follow the recipient’s terms and applicable law. Ask & Ace’s own service charges must be distinguished from third-party charges.
Service changes and applicable rights
If a service cannot proceed as agreed, we will discuss the available resolution in accordance with the agreement and applicable law. A blanket disclaimer does not remove mandatory rights. No provision on this page limits any refund, remedy or cancellation right that legally applies to you.
