Which IAL subjects are listed?
Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, IT, Computer Science, Business and English Language. Confirm exact units and current batch availability before enrolment.
Which IGCSE subjects can I enquire about?
Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, ICT, Business and English Language. Ask us to confirm the exam board, subject and batch.
Are academic fees monthly?
Yes. IAL and IGCSE academic fees are quoted per subject, per month. Confirm the exact amount, monthly billing dates, units, lessons and inclusions before enrolling.
What are the published fees?
IAL: ৳3,500–4,500 per subject, per month, depending on batch size and other relevant factors. IGCSE: ৳3,000–3,500 per subject, per month. Oxford ELLT: ৳30,000–45,000, including exam fees, subject to availability and batch size. Other fees are quoted individually.
Does the Oxford ELLT fee include the exam?
Yes, the published course range includes exam fees. Your quotation must specify the included exam booking, package duration and conditions. Do not assume additional attempts or changes are included.
Do you offer KTE preparation?
KTE preparation enquiries are included under English Preparation. Confirm the exact test, requirements, current availability and fee with us.
Can you apply to my dream university?
We can discuss authorised application support. We first assess the relevant requirements and agree the scope. You approve choices and submission details. Admission is decided by the institution.
Will I see application updates?
Relevant application records, communications and deadlines should be shared within the agreed service. We agree a route for updates at the start.
Are university applications and consultancy free?
No universal free-service commitment is made. Consultancy fees are not yet publicly quoted. Ask for an itemised quotation and any relevant commission disclosure.
Are grades, scholarships or visas guaranteed?
No. Preparation cannot guarantee grades; institutions and authorities control admissions, scholarships and visas.
Does the enquiry form send my message?
Yes. When you select Send enquiry, your details are sent through Web3Forms. A success message appears only after the service confirms acceptance. If submission fails, your details remain available and you can email us directly.
How do I cancel or raise a concern?
Email us with your booking or service reference and a description of the issue. Agreed cancellation terms, third-party conditions and applicable rights determine the response.
Can my organisation partner with Ask & Ace?
Yes, you can submit a partnership enquiry. A partnership is established only through an agreed arrangement; an enquiry does not imply affiliation.
