The site does not include separate advertising or analytics tools. It includes a Thunderbolt AI chat widget and uses Web3Forms for enquiry submissions. These providers process information as described below. The hosting provider processes technical information needed to serve and protect the site, which may include IP addresses, browser information and request logs. Provider-level security or access features may operate separately from our website code.
Submitting an enquiry
When you submit an enquiry, your name, email address, selected service and message are sent to Web3Forms for delivery to the inbox associated with our form access key. Web3Forms may process technical information for delivery and spam prevention. A successful submission confirms service acceptance, not an appointment or enrolment. If submission fails, you may prepare an email draft instead.
AI chat
Thunderbolt provides the embedded Ask & Ace AI Assistant. Loading the widget contacts its provider; chat messages and any contact details you voluntarily share are processed by Thunderbolt and may be accessible to our team. The provider may use cookies or browser storage for chat functionality. Do not share passports, payment details, passwords or sensitive documents in chat. AI responses can be inaccurate; confirm fees, requirements and commitments with our team. Email remains an alternative.

Information you send to us
When you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond, discuss a service and manage agreed work. Academic records and application documents may be required for a later service; we request them only as needed and agree the sharing method. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information.

Students under 18
A parent or guardian should assist a student under 18 with enquiries and service agreements. We do not intentionally invite children to provide sensitive documents through the website. Contact us if a child has sent information that needs attention.
